Bobby Clarke is a former Canadian professional ice hockey player. He was born on August 13, 1949, in Flin Flon, Manitoba. Clarke is widely regarded as one of the greatest NHL players of his era, known for his exceptional leadership and skill as the captain of the Philadelphia Flyers. He spent his entire 15-season NHL career with the Flyers, winning two Stanley Cups in 1974 and 1975. Clarke also represented Canada in international competitions, winning two Canada Cups. Following his playing career, he served as an NHL executive and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1987.
