Malcolm Fraser (1930-2015) was an Australian politician who served as the 22nd Prime Minister of Australia from 1975 to 1983. He was born in Toorak, Melbourne, and came from a wealthy political family. Fraser graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in politics, philosophy, and economics.

Fraser entered politics as a member of the Liberal Party and was elected to the Australian House of Representatives in 1955, representing the Division of Wannon in Victoria.
