Andriy Shevchenko is a former Ukrainian professional football player and current football manager. He was born on September 29, 1976, in Dvirkivshchyna, Ukraine. Shevchenko began his football career at a young age, joining his local club in his hometown. He quickly showcased his talent and was scouted by Dynamo Kyiv, one of the top clubs in Ukraine, where he became a key player.

Shevchenko's exceptional skills and goal-scoring abilities gained him international recognition, resulting in a transfer to AC Milan in 1999. He spent seven successful seasons at Milan, earning numerous individual awards and helping the team win several trophies, including the UEFA Champions League in 2003.
