Quote by Martin Luther King, Jr.
We who in engage in nonviolent direct action are not the creators of tension. We merely bring to the surface the hidden tension that is already alive.
This quote by Martin Luther King Jr. suggests that those who engage in nonviolent direct action, such as peaceful protests or civil disobedience, are not the ones responsible for creating tension in society. Instead, they are bringing to light the existing tension that may have been ignored, suppressed, or denied. It implies that there are underlying issues and injustices in society that need to be addressed, and nonviolent actions serve as a means to expose and challenge these tensions in order to bring about positive change.
The food in the House of Commons is fairly good. The cafe in Portcullis House is really very high quality, and you also have a choice of eating in the more traditional restaurants, the Churchill Room or the Members' Dining Room. I don't often eat in them, though, as I'm usually on the run.
